6. Legal Bases for Processing

If you are located in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction requiring a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following:

6.1. Performance of a Contract — to provide the Service you request, including account creation, authentication, document processing, report delivery, billing support, and account management.

  • load balancing;
  • consent or notice preferences.

8.3. If you disable essential cookies in your browser, some or all parts of the Service may not function properly.

11.2. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

11.3. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.

12. Security

12.1. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
