Every analysis goes through our full multi-agent pipeline: an AI Writer generates a comprehensive analysis, three independent AI Reviewers critique it, and a Reconciler evaluates the quality. You receive the final approved report by email and can download it from your dashboard.
We accept PDF files, text documents (.txt, .md), and photos of documents (.jpg, .png). On mobile, you can take a photo of a paper document with your camera and upload it directly.
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of your analysis completing, no questions asked. Just email support@analyzemydocument.com. If a run fails due to a platform error, you're never charged.
If you cancel before the analysis starts processing, there's no charge. If you cancel after processing has begun, you may be charged 50% of the analysis fee. If the analysis is complete, the full fee applies.

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest using Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Your card details are processed by Square and never touch our servers. Documents are automatically deleted after 30 days.
